the clifford cyber series is a good blend of price and feature with all the add ons available. If you use a hard top you might consider servos for the door locks. If a soft top make sure that the radar sensor is installed correctly. Mine will go go off with the top completely off when you put your hand a foot past the doorsill.

Carter,
I have a Clifford alarm. It's obviously after-market, but it came with my D90 when I bought it new. I had actuators installed on the front doors, & I now have keyless entry. I hit the button, the alarm goes off, & the doors unlock. Piece of cake. I cost $50 per door installed. Any car stereo place should be able to do it.
