Read door rebuild hinge kit Image needed

Hello. I know this has been addressed before, but i need an image of how the rebuild kit for the rear door hinges goes together. so far i have the long bolt, spring, gold ball thing and end nut. how do these all go together?

Ball goes between the 2 hinge pieces
Then bolt goes through hinges and ball
Spring goes up the bottom, then lock plate and finally nut.

The new style elimiates the lock plate that you bend over in favor of a cap nut and some loc-tite on the bolt.

Question: if the ball goes inbetween the two hinge pieces, will I need to place the hinge that connects to the frame higher, and the one that connects to the door lower? because right now both of the hinge piece line up together. will the 1/2 inch tall ball piece off set the hinges to much?

Don't know exactly what you mean... when we do it and it is more than just a stright replacement we leave all the hinges loose on the body parts, then make the door or tailgate fit and adjust as needed, then tighten everything down after the body gaps and all look right.
