How to fix squeeky suspensions???

When I get in a nd out of my d-90, when i go over speed bumps, and so forth, my suspensions squeeks. Is there any way to fix this without taking stuff apart? Any good places to spray some grease or anything?

I had the same noise,my remedy was to spray the bushing at the shocks, drop arms,ECT. just spray where there are bushings with a thick lubricant that won't damage plastic or rubber. I use amsoil all purpose lubricant. Those sqeaks are most annoying.
