How hard to replace a Transfer case?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how hard it is to replace a transfer case on a Defender 90. Or how much to get it done?

Whats your location? I just did mine a mounth ago. I had too make up an adaptor plate to put between the Jack and the T-case too lower it. If you need it I can ship it to you (its not pretty but its tuff and it works). I would say it's a 2 person weekend Job. The hardest part is getting the new T-case onto the tranny. Other then that its all nuts and bolts. If you are close I would be more then happy too help.
