Painting prep

I am getting ready to paint my 109. I have sanded and now I need to prep the surface prior to painting. Is there any surface cleaner that anyone likes more than another? Thanks.:confused

kevin, i use prepsol to clean my parts. Im not sure but you may be able to get it at an automotive paint store. Dont forget you need to use the special etching pimer on aluminum

Thanks I will look for that tomorrow. I am painting over the original paint so I don't need the etching primer. I should have it done by friday if the wind isn't too bad. Using a new HVLP gun should be fun. Maybe I will post pics when I am finished.
