Perhaps someone has already mentioned this site, but I found it helpful the other day. Quite a few Land Rover Defender and Series model service manuals are posted as PDF's. Maybe their corporate counsel hasn't caught on yet (and maybe they have no trademark law wherever this place is), so enjoy while it lasts.

Great site Robert. Hope the corporate cousel doesn't catch on. By the way, do you live off Perkins and drive a green D90? If so, I am the guy that knocked on your door a few months back and asked to see it. I got mine in October. Green stationwagon. Love it.

Glad you like your rover. It's an enjoyment you can't understand until you actually own one. Before this came along, everything else I drove lost its appeal within a year or so.
How did your '97 turn out - was everything like you hoped when you arrived in AZ to buy it? My wife and friends thought I was an idiot, "He bought a car off the internet?!" Mind you this was five years ago, when people were scared of buying anything online.
Besides yours, I've seen a red 94 soft top around LSU, recently.

How useful are these manuals for a '95 NAS?

Unfortunately, there not very usefull. You can find some info on the LT77 and R380, but the Defender manual is for a UK spec with 300 TDI. The others are for the Ninety and One-Tens.

No loss of appeal here. I have seen the red one. Nice guy (he waves). Check our www.crescentcityrovers.com
I went wheeling with these guys 2 weeks ago. You need to come on the next adventure.

Sorry guys but due to potential copywrite violations, the links have been removed.

Fair enough. For those who keep asking, go to google and search.

The Estonian Land Rover Club. Good luck finding a court there that will take a copyright suit.
They're gonna be quite well known soon. Maybe they could sell shirts, "When you blow this much on gas and parts, you deserve free manuals"

They may be safe where ever they are, but that doesnt mean someone wont find a lawyer to somehow pin it on me for allowing the links here if they wanted. Just easier for me to play it safe in this kind of matter.

Your fears are well understandable, and my comment was directed to them. Those Estonians would probably start taking flak for the site name alone if this group was over here.
Reminds me of friend from Russia. Back home he could get movie DVD's before they'd even show up here in a theater.
