These came off of my truck about a month ago when I took the wheels off. They are all in good shape and I can take pictures if they are necessary, but I think you guys get the idea.

Asking $50 for the set. Free shipping within the U.S.

any dealer in the states I would guess.. the going rate for these is 2.5 each new.WTF

I take it you are thinking of the steel lug nuts. I think he is selling the stock lug nuts with the chrome caps.
