Sorry for the slow reply guys. I shattered my collar bone and have been on pills for the last couple days while my new and improved metal collar bone heals. I will be back at home on tuesday and contact each of you. Sorry and thanks.

FYI - It is actually easier for the dealer to get the right code if they have the radio serial # rather than the VIN.
