4.0L to 4.6L conversion

Hey All,

I am leaning on converting my D-90 from a 4.0L to a 4.6L. What is the process and is the process an easy conversion without alot of alterations to fit. Where can you find the best prices on engins and transmissions and other parts needed. As always this is the best web site with the best and most informed members!!!!! I turely appriciate your imput.
