Whats has been evryone experience with oil & filters? Any differnce? Whats is the best fit for a D-90? Thanks for the help and time?

castrol 10w30 + wix is my choice. The owners manual gives a wide variation of acceptable oils according to temp. mine seems to fit in the requirements. I'm sure that everyone has a favorite.

NAPA gold filter - made by Wix - Shell Rotella 15w-40 diesel oil - more detergents than it's gas counterpart.
FYI - The grade of diesel oil just changed from CI-4 to CJ-4. The new CJ-4 has lower zinc levels for the new diesel engines.

Wix also makes the OEM filter. But it's half the price at Napa, as a Napa Gold.

1068 is the baby filter blow it off
1452 is the filter
The k&n filter & Mobile 1 are basicly the same filter. Take a close look!

1452 is a larger filter
