Oil Pan pick up install

I am going to be putting my oil pan back on this weekend and was wondering if there were any special steps concerning the oil pick up line. I have cleaned everything up and the screen is clean on the oil pick up. Any other steps or do I just put it back together like I found it?

I would use a lock-tight substance on the two bolts...

With respect to priming - if you pack the gears with vaseline or wheel bearing grease it will prime a lot quicker. And don't use any kind of silicome sealant when fitting up the pickup as I've seen that sucked into the pumps where it caused trouble.
