Rover 28 spline?

Did Land Rover ever make a 28 spline salsbury? Was the 109 Sals a 28 spline?

Looking at part numbers I see two different numbers for the Salisbury. 225SL-36 and 225S-36. Is there a differance between the SL-36 and S-36?

For what I can find a 225sl-36 is a FRONT Salisbury. I'm just guessing but this might be for the 101 FC's.

I think your right. But there was never a 28 spline, was there? I'm thinking it must be a typo.

I believe it to be a typo but the parts books don't give much info like that.
