Lots of folks on the lists helped, but big thanks go to Pendy. Jim's diagnostic advise and support was nothing short of amazing. I received many conflicting answers to my technical questions, but his answers always ended up being correct. (100% of the time!)

Its also clean! Just wait until those fuel return lines pop off and you pump diesel everywhere! Seriously, major congratulations are in order - its a very satisfying feeling when that little 4-pot bursts into life.

You are also right in that Pendy is the man. I received free technical support from him just this weekend!

Pendy has been offering advice all along. I'm currently playing with the injection pump to further tune things to smooth the idle, power, and smoke. I've got some loose ends to tie up, but she's running pretty well.
