I placed an order with badger coachworks 3 months ago for a cabin cover ($400 approx) and just followed up for a status update. The current projection is at least 2 months out because no work has started.
Anyone else have a similar experience?

It took about three months to get my soft top. Quality work is well worth the wait.

Sounds about right. When I ordered mine it took about 3 or so months because they were slammed with orders. If they have it in stock they are generally fast about getting it out.

I remember waiting a few months for my Badger II. It was worth the wait.

as others have said before me it is worth the wait and frustration. I have a full top and surrey top and the Badger quality is second to none.

This cabin cover is a new product of which the first and only one went to a customer in the UK. The reason for the lengthy delay is that we need to make the next one on the vehicle we have here at the shop. Which means making a pattern for production. We are trying to make room in the shop for the vehicle which is in our storage bay. Perhaps I should change it to coming soon status. You folks know I would like to get orders shipped at a faster rate, but I will not let quality fall short to rush things out of our shop. Once the cabin cover is finalized I'm sure it will be a very popular item. We are also expecting ECR's Beach Runner II and another 110 that is being converted into a soft top version.
Sew on and sew forth,

Chris, put me down for a Badger Cabin Cover.
I've seen them up close. Its a great idea and will save me from putting a top on all the time.

mod4b - When you get the cabin cover let me know how it is. My main concern is how long it takes to put it on. It looks like threading the front flap between the roll bar and the windshield may take some effort. I have been dreaming of one of these ever since I bought my truck so I am excited to find a source for one.

I am putting a hold on any orders for the cabin cover till the pattern is made and the 3 customers that are waiting for them are filled. I'll post photos at that time.
It's hot and uncomfortable in the Badger sweat shop.

Any photos of this Cabin Cover? X2. I'm assuming that it's like the cab covers that you see on Wranglers?

Hay Chris any update on the production of the Cabin vehicle cover? does anyone have one that they can send me pictures of. I like what I see on the Jeeps and I am sure the badger is top notch. I love my Badger top and think this will help it stay nice. not to mention keep more water out of my footwell.
