Seat Wiggle

So my passenger seat wiggles and clicks when no one is sitting in it. I found info on east coast rovers on how to fix it. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so where? I am LA and am looking for a welder

My seats do the same thing. I just turn the music up louder.

I had mine fixed, simple matter. Just look in the phone book, there's lots of different places that weld - ornamental iron, metal fabricators, etc...
