I am placing a big order for parts this week out of the UK, and wanted to order the parts to install the gutter kit. I have a epc, but I don't quite know which parts I do and don't need, as they are normally used with hoops instead of rollcage. If anyone has any pics they could send me tonight or tomorrow, that would be a great help.

Thanks

Chris

from what I can tell by looking at the epc, it looks like I need the top drain channels, part #'s RRC3972/3, and side drain channels, part #'s MTC5428/9, and mounting hardware.

Thanks again for the help.

Couple of other questions. Do the gutter kits work as good as everybody says, and can they be used with a besttop, or strictly the bader top?

Thanks

Chris,
The gutter kit works well. It forms a solid frame that will eliviate most the drafts associated with the ST. Just as good as the fiberglass hard top for sealing around the doors.

The Best Top can be made to work. I believe Chris at Badger has done this work. Im not sure your average shop can do the work.

Dont forget to order the weather striping for the gutter kit.

What is the price on the top and side drain channel?

It looks like it will be about $225 for all the parts- top and side drain channels and all new bolts. It seems like the tops were about $90, and the sides $20. Does this sound reasonable?

Chris, is the top gutter piece galvenized?

that sounds like a good price. The shipping is what kills u but if u have a bunch of stuff coming in to spread the shipping its not bad.

are you going to order the weather stripping as well or make your own?
Whats the plan once u get the kit convert the best top? Or order a top from Badger

Does the gutter kit require any permanent modifications? or drilling into the body?
Anyone have pictures of it?

I was wondering if the door seal/gutter kit for the soft-top is a permanent modification. Also, does anyone that has this have any pictures that they can post, both top on and off?

Thanks

andrew, the gutter kit is a bolt on unit. there is no sprecial modicfication except maybe the header piece on the windshield. sometimes you have to cut of the ends with the snaps.

other than that it takes about 15 minutes to put on.
I forward some pics .

My gutter kit is a little different than the norm as mine is painted red to match my truck.
