two never installed NIB ARB RD56 lockers which fit 24 spline defenders and one ARB air compressor to run lockers also NIB, never used.

ARB locker $650 each
compressor $175

prefer package sale $1475 for everything, shipping is buyer's responsibility. Items located in Charlotte, NC 28210

Dunno, you want to help? Bad timing as I have other more pressing issues with my truck to address in my limited spare time right now. Felt like it was too good of a deal to pass on though.

What's left of that third member I lent you? is it up for the task of being rebuilt with a locker and then swapped out to do the next so I can limit the downtime?

I'd love to get at least one installed, but the bigger issue is I'd like to do my air compressor setup instead of using the ARB one, but that's probably unrealistic if I want to get the lockers in soon :)

If I recall correctly, the crown wheel suffered a little (missing bits of metal on some teeth?) so it is probably wise to replace the R&P while you are at it.
Something that might also be worth it is to install a similar "wheel stop" than what ashcroft offers (http://www.ashcroft-transmissions.co.uk/part_47.html) if you are up to it. I did not do it, and wish I had as the diff was out.
Downtime is about a day if you do the diffs alone (and no other compressor install) if you have someone helping out for the removal/reinstall part.
I'd like to help depending on schedule! :) Right now, I have a ton of work to do on the house before it starts raining again.
