That particular D-90 was totalled out of North Carolina and sold by a salvage dealer in Florida. It took a hard hit to the front end. If you look at the ARB bumper on the driver's side you'll see that it isn't completely straight. Also note that the title status on ebay is listed as "Other". It has a salvage title. That D-90 has been run on ebay several times and hasn't sold yet. That is the reason for the less than "market" price.

Someone on the POR board bought a 97 SW with 80k for 14k. I tried to buy it but the guy sidestepped a bit.

Again a bit shady but . . . THAT is cheap.

16k for a high mileage 94 with a salvage history is not a deal.

Well, atleast he has a good transfer case with the truck:grin , bought it from me. You can look at the factory bumper and tell that truck has some frame damage.
