'94 D90 -- Third brake light?

Hey all... of course my first 'tech' post here is going to be a stupid.. but important one..

Did all 94 D90s come with a third brake light? Mine does not have one.. but Dan's (ini88) does.. both are 94s... mine is #416 and his is #916 so mine is a bit earlier if that makes a difference..

I have to go get it inspected in a week or two, and I know that my friend with a '92 RRC had a helluva time convincing the MVS that his truck didn't come with a third brake light (had to get LRNA to write a letter).

All the NAS D90s had them. Mine is 395 and it has it.

Is it a soft top or a hard top? If it is a soft top, do you have an aftermarket tire carrier?

If you have a hard top/station wagon, the PO may have removed it as it they tend to not always stay in place.
