The headliner is pretty easy to get out and re-cover. That's what I did on my old '95. Way cheaper than the alternative. Shoulda never sold that truck....

Agreed, the materials are less than $100 and 2-3 hours work will yield a really nice result.

I just took it to an upholstery shop and picked the color. They did the rest. I think it was a couple hundred including labour. However, there are bunch of places on the web that will sell you a whole kit if you want to do it all yourself.

Pretty sure this was the one I got. The secret was getting all of the old adhesive and chunks of backing off of the panel then spraying the adhesive and letting it set up before applying the headliner to the backing.

Mark, I've got an ARB bumper (though it's one for a winch). I'd be happy to put back the original bumper/front end if you wanted this one and had the front end bits in good condition?
