I bought a VIAIR heavy duty on board air kit about 8 months ago. I had originally mounted everything on the drivers side tub in the back of my 90, planning on getting a tool box built to house it. But i changed my mind and decided I wanted it all hidden and my space back. The only place I can think of mounting it would be under the pass. side seat box, but it's a 2.5 gallon tank and I'm afraid that it sticks too low. It's about 7 inches tall and hangs below my sliders.

Any suggestions? I'd like to have it ready for ARB air lockers when I go that route, but don't want to kill the tank having it hanging there.

Have you come up with anything? I am curious because that is one of my next projects and I am wondering the same thing.

You can fit a tank behind the TC underneath the truck. That is where I have mine.
