source for impact socket for lug nuts

Can someone recommend a source? The socket is 1-1/16" correct? Can the socket for an air wrench also be used with a 3/8" drive ratchet?

i picked up my 27mm socket from carquest auto parts store behind the counter. It was about 13 bucks, but it is well worth it in that i have used it a ton. I just leave it in my rig.
