Greetings All,
After suffering my own taste of the SG "customer service" that has been espoused so many times here and on other sites before, I have been pushed to the point of filing a suit against Safari Gard in general and individuals there in particular. The suit is built upon goods paid for but never delivered, shipping charges for returned defective goods reversed and provision of "refund" checks that were denied for insufficient funds. They probably haven't got anything worth persuing, but after thousands of lost dollars and literally nothing to show for it, my corporate counsel is proceeding since my 90 is a "company vehicle".
I have been approached by a few others interested in the suit, but if anyone else here shares a similar experience; by all means please give me a call or send me a PM.
Regards,
Matthew Cooper
