Subwoofer install instruction ?

Does anyone have the instructions or wire code for the subwoofer and amp ? Sorry for the dumb Question .

Here are the instructions from when I had mine installed. I had a stereo shop do it since I was running an aftermarket stereo. We did leave the box factory set up with speaker and amp.
