Hello All,
I just installed said unit. It's difficult to get the rear door to close(big surprise) due to the additional weight. Is there a hinge adjustment I can perform or any other recommendation from the board? They included a tab at the bottom passenger side with a hole that is flush with the rear bumper. Did the intend that for a rod to offload some of the weight? Trying to put the puzzle together and Safari Gard is what it is in terms of customer support. But I do like the carrier and knew what I was getting into.
