Metal rubbing sound from engine

Anyone else get the sound of metal rubbing. It sounds as if the fan or something needs lubrication. It is most obvious when at idle and when I turn off the engine and it comes to a complete stop.

ANYONE?:confused

I get the same thing until the engine is warmed up.
