D110 rock sliders and side mount tank

I am going to be making a batch of rock sliders, right side mounted tank(approx 17.5 gallons) and skid plate for D110 applications.
The tank will be made from aluminum and is suitable for "Water"
The sliders and skid plate will be made from 3/16" steel.

What type of "Water", premium or unleaded?

You'll be making these on-demand right? If so then I'll be talking to you about these when I do my build in the next year to 18 months. I've been wondering what sweet Rover Hybrids parts I would be getting for the 110.

More about the tank please - where will it be located? How will it fill?

I don't have all the slider mounts figured yet as I haven't made any yet. I'm using the same basic design as my latest d90 sliders. There will be 3 mounting point to the frame.
The pic is what the bulkhead mount looks like.

The tank fits between the frame and the sliders and the bottom is angled from the bottom of the sliders to the bottom of the frame. This is a pic of the D90 version. A ramp/skid for the rear link mount can be added.

I have a D110 frame in the shop right now and a few people already interested in getting a set. I can build these items anytime, but don't always have the vehicle in the shop to use to fit the sliders. So it isn't exactly a one time offer, but it could be difficult in the future assuming the vehicle in need is not available to me for fitting.

How will the tank fill? How many gallons does your D90 version hold? What type of modifications required to mount? Do you have a D90 version that doesnt use the seat compartment--volume?

the seatbox compartment is worth about 7 gallons. The D90 tank is only 14.5 gallons total, so not really worth it unless you were willing to give up some ground clearance.

Which leads me toward making the D110 tank the same way. This will get the total volume up to around 24 gallons.
Filler will be under the pass seat if the tank uses the compartment space.
If it is only below the seatbox compartment then the filler can be:
under pass floor
in seatbox
inside compartment
in side of body
under rear pass floor
in rear fenderwell

If it is only my choice then the tank will use the seatbox compartment space and fill under the pass seat by removing the access plate.

Without having inspected my truck too thoroughly (is on the wron continent) I've wondered why most aux tanks for the 110 mount in the very rear sections of each fenderwell. Is there not perhaps room behind under the second row seat box to create a pair of "saddle" tanks perhaps connected with a passover and vent so they drain and fill together?

Maybe this is about as plausible as an aluminum hardtop over a soft top cage, but its something I've puzzled over.

I would be intereseted in a solution that follows this filling plan, but has a bit more than 9 Gallons of volume. Just not sure I'd be willing to canibalize the passenger seat box for the extra volume... Are there any more nooks under there that could be utilized to gain more volume on a 90?
