Increased limits

Made some little changes tonight:

- Private Messaging limits for registered members raised from 40 to 150 messages. (Sorry I didnt realize it was still so low)
- Private Messaging limits for Vendors raised from 100 to 300 messages.
- Signature limit raised from 300 characters to 400. Please dont abuse this with some huge obnoxious mess.
- Picture attachment size limits raised from max w/h dimension of 640 to 800.

Discuss here if you feel like it, if not, no worries. As always, all comments are taken into consideration.

The new max size is 800 x 800, it use to be 640 x 640.

Thanks for the PM increase. It was bloody useless at 40 :)

I think we need a attachment mod to take whatever size you submit and resize/scale it to 800xheight_scaled for you. I haven't looked but I'd bet one exists.
