Power Steering Fluid

Just checked my power steering fluid, and found it to be rather low. The owner's manual says to use ATF Dexron IID. Today, when I went to advanced auto, Dexron IID was no where to be found and the kid working there said to use Dexron III b/c Dexron IID was discontinued or something. I remanin a little skepticle about this advice. Does anyone have any imput?

I have been running Mobile ATF because that is what they have at Autozone for about a year with no problems.
