how come no one has bought this truck??!!??

he's been trying to sell that truck for a very long time. i think the price is right! maybe the no a/c is putting people off?

The price is right for a legal truck with title - but whatever that is, its of questionable origin. Like I said, no bank would loan against that, so you gotta want it real bad and buy it cash.

Grey trucks take awhile to move. People are very cautious about anything that smells illegal. I bet if you were to ask about DOT and EPA certification you would discover that there wasn't any. Which means that it isn't an asset at this point.

It just took me three weeks to sell a "legaly" imported truck that was titled as what it was, a 1983 diesel 110 csw(tdi). I think its also a function of the current state of the economy.

Is that a ram-air scoop on that thing??It must be - look at the pic of the engine and air filter canister - the intake hose for the canister does a 90 degree vertical bend and ends right where the U/I "dead kitty" blob on the hood would be.
