this is cheap! someone offered me 300 last year for mine.

james, jc whitney sell belts cheap and they are simple to install. maybe, $15 ea.

So I ask again.
Are the brackets and seat belts included???

harlan, The brackets are easy to make and you can use the center belts from a D1.
