There was a superb Documentary on TV (Channel 5) in the UK last night (part 1). This was, for a change over here, interviewing the American troops. Thanks to our bullshit media over here I (& I guess the majoity of the British public) never realised how hard your boys got it. In particular the track crews negotiating "Ambush Alley" as they called it.
I just wanted to say "hats off" to your troops.

You Brits were in the thick of it with us, and we appreciate it! When this thing got started up I had the Union Jack flying next to Old Glory on my house. And I loved a clip on CNN back when this got started. It showed a Saddam palace door, and the person said "the British troops have their own way of knocking". Then, a Wolf Defender just slammed through the door. Did anyone see that?
