My check engine light comes on occasionally. The first time it came on and stayed on, I checked the display and it had a 17, which if for the Throttle potentiometer. The information I found said: Usually indicates a bad throttle position sensor. Does anyone have any ideas where this is or how to fix it? The truck is running and idling fine.

Thanks,
Mike.

You should find what you are looking for here, I would guess that the problem is from a dirty connection as it is comes on occasionally.

I didn't think about looking in my Range Rover Manual. I'll look there as well.

Thanks,
