Mike has been a great moderator but as we all can relate, one's personal life naturally take priority over things. Even though a lot of us have missed seeing Mike here, we can certainly understand and wish him the best in his activities that are keeping him busy. Just as I'm sure many other here do, I hope Mike will rejoin us on a regular basis again.
After almost 8 months of considerations, I've added another moderator to the site to help me "officially" keep an eye on things. I privately considered a number of members that I felt continually overall demonstrate helpful qualities that reflect the spirit of how the site runs. I feel we have a great community here with so many members that not only contribute to helping others, but also exercise character qualities to help keep things running smoothly, so the possible candidate selection had the potential to be a monstrously huge list. In the end, I approached Jim Cheney (JimC) that I had been considering him for some time and asked if he would like to take on the role, and he accepted.
