Green '97 Spotted several times on Ft Belvoir, VA

Any one here own the green '97 SW with roof rack and white steelies I keep seeing on Ft Belvoir, VA? It has a blue officer's sticker on it as well. Today, March 10th, it's parked in the INSCOM parking lot.

I work on Belvoir at the INSCOM building and usually drive the Rover (Arles blue, ST) about once a week. But you probably won't see me as I rarely venture outside the compound!

Same story.. I arrive before the sun and leave after it goes down. But with the warmer weather coming I will need to run around and enjoy the sun and sky.

Ever since I fixed the truck I have been running her 2x a week to work.. Miles are starting to add up. One trip to and from work is approx 70miles. I might try to stop by on the 22nd if I get a chance. OK??
