Station wagon rear door hinges

Wanted a pair of station wagon rear door hinges. Just need two complete ones. These are being used to convert a tailgate from drop down to swing to the side on a 110 pickup. These can be off a series truck- just looking for decent condition. Willing to buy outright or I have stuff to trade.
