94 D-90 on ebay 23K miles

does anyone know anything about this truck? it is a no reserve auction for a truck with only 23,000 miles on it. doesn't seem to add up to me.

There is already another thread about it. But look really close at the pictures, the rear cross member is completely rusted out. So I am sure there are many other rust concerns. The seller never even mentions that fact either, which would worry me.
