Trick tie rods

Hello All,
I'm currently looking to replace my tie (track) rod with a bent/high clearance one.
I notice there are 3 vendors offering these,
- Rockware $170 (see pic)
- Roversnorth ~$210
- rovertracks.com $210

I did some search on this topic but found nothing detailed about them.
I was going for the rockware's but from the pic on their site it seems that the part near the diff could still use some raising.

Does anyone have experience with any of them? Any tips would be appreciated

I went with the Rover Tracks heavy-duty high clearance tie rod for the following reasons.

1. They use all new components. Some of the others use the ends from the stock tie rod.

2. They use a jamb nut so they are easy to adjust.

I have been very happy with mine and will be purchasing on for my wife’s Discovery soon.

i second dave post!!! i have the straight tie rod from rover tracks, but none the less--it doesnt get any nicer than this (the quality is excellent)

My bent one is coming on the UPS truck right now from Rovertracks.

Wish it'd be here tomorrow!

They are the nicest ones I've seen by far.

Is the Rovertracks' rod raised well enough to get out of the way Dave?

I could not imagine being able to get that thing out of the way more than the one from Rover Tracks does.

FWIW, Roversnorth's and rovertracks.com's HC tie-rod are one and the same. All of their upgraded steering components were designed & are supplied by us.

Hopefully, that clears up some confusion ...
