BSROA will be holding the Rover De Mayo event THIS WEEKEND May 2,3,4
in the beautiful Berkshires of western Massachusetts.
The details:
We have reserved a group size campsite at the Country Aire Campground
(www.countryairecampground.com (http://www.countryairecampground.com/)) right on Rt. 2 in Charlemont MA.
This will be our home base for the weekend. We have several options
in the area for trail runs including the famous Florida Road trail.
This is where we will go on Saturday, with several other
possibilities in the area for other times. Note that Florida Road is
a moderate to difficult trail, and damage is a possibility for
smaller Rovers. If there is a large enough contingent of lightly
modified rigs in attendance, we can run a separate group on a more
scenic route.
This event is open to all BSROA club members. There will be a $45
event fee for this event that covers your camping for 2 nights as
well as a cookout dinner on Saturday. If you are not sure of your
membership status, contact me directly.
I apologize for the short notice of this event, however a few of us
have been running around for the last few weeks trying to finalize a
venue and itinerary and everything just got finalized this morning.
Please RSVP on this list if you are attending. I know we have 3 or 4
definites already!
