No clue what these are going for either. These are the under tub supports for the B and C piliars Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated.

Anyone have a clue what the price of these items might be.

I'd swag a couple hundred for the set, maybe three. I know that tomaco1 (Tom McCarthy) needs them for his cage.

Thanks Jim. it's hard to fairly price items that are not for sale often. I was told today by someone who deals heavly in Defenders that the cost should be someplace much higher than $500.00. Last offer was $700.00. $1500.00 or more if offered with the A - Pillar brackets. Have not decided on those yet.

It kind of depends on what your philosophy of rareness/used parts is. We all know that RN and others will charge two prices (or more) for all these unusual parts as separate spares, and you're sure to get big money for something if you sit on it long enough and wait for someone who is desperate enough. Just depends on whether you want to move parts of make a mint on an individual part. The netherworld between private seller and established dealer doesn't do anything for the price either. RN gets top dollar, whereas guys on this board give stuff away by comparison. A dealer or autobody place isnt going to come to you or any of us first when they need a part, and we get secondary market prices for our stuff. RN can sell NAS wiring harnesses for 2500 bucks, but I sure can't.

Every one of those parts can be bought from SD, I recommend you call them and get a quote, then charge some percentage of that price.

Good point. All about being fair but covering my costs into the donor truck. I typically base the price on what has sold recently or 1/2 of new dependant on condition. thanks for the idea on SD will give them a call and see whats happening on that end.

Also, I believe PCRover may have recently of sold these parts, may be worth contacting him to see what he got for them.

Steve it all comes down to how easy it is to duplicate.
If someone was doing a sw conversion and didnt have the b pillar brackets it would be easy to get some flat stock and tube and make the bracket , that is very easy. The c pillar is not needed on a SW it is used for the inward facing seat, seat belts. the SW and ST c pillar brackets are different
The hardest to come by is the A brackets and i have been told they can be had new from LR for $400 a pair.

hey steve,
if you still have this, maybe you could cut me a deal for the A bar support and B bar.

trades? 5 black powder coated castors, or a pindle hitch. No clue what these are going for either. These are the under tub supports for the B and C piliars Any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated.

B is gone and all that is left is the A supports as new. Can't trade as I have wheele for days and I paid good cash for the A supports. Have to cover my cost on the donor truck, have not done that yet.
