Bulkhead repair

Has anyone had experience with a bulkhead repair panel like this? I had never seen one before. It was on ebay.uk. Seems like it would solve many of my problems. Just wondering about what it would take to fit.

I put one on my 90. I drilled out maybe 150-200 spot welds. In the end, I would not do it again, I don't think. I was repairing my bulkhead due to a bend in a roll over accident. I would probably only replace it if it was rusted severely.
