Cool. Had one of these on the SIII, didn't realize it was optional. When I removed it there was all kinds of crap stuck behind it. A pocketknife, auger bit for a hand brace, a safety pin and some sticky coins. All totally rusted except for the coins. They were protected by the sticky stuff.
Definitely a nice accesory, will have to purchase one. Good find. Dash looks good too. What is that metal cap used as the finisher on the top edge of the parcel tray? I don't believe I have that either.
cheers

Phillip, what is that bezel on the left with the switches in it? Is that a factory acc. part too?

That was the original bezel. Sheki transplanted it from the center dash console to the lower dash.

Ahh, ok. Looks like a pretty good solution.

I don't know. It does from that position, but I wonder if you can see it from the drivers point of view? I'd shoot David an email and ask.

I dont think it matters how well you could see the three buttons there, it wouldnt matter to me. I like the location of the VDO gauges alot, pretty nice setup IMO..
Hows shitty Columbia SC?

Shitty, with a 100% chance of shitty moving in from all directions for the next four-and-a-half years. I miss the grey winter skies and cool rainy weather of the Pacific Northwest. It's always sunny and warm here.
I agree, the switches don't necessarily need to be in view. How often does one look at the direction wand before turning?
