Here are the pictures. Some installed on the floor over NAS floor and seat base parts. The floor mat / tunnel cover is insulated over the floor boards. The foam for the kick panel area is at least an inch thick in some areas. Held in place by the metal strips that hold in the standard cardboard kick panel trims.

should be the same....td5's use the same R380 and floor as the tdi.

Pat
I'll take the Rubber Floor / Tunnel Cover

Overlander
Pat's decisiveness wins the day. Stephen, if you had said R380 tunnel cover, I would have been first in line. I was about to buy one anyway from RN. Knowledge is power.

These sold before I caould get back to my computer. Have three more on the way. Drop me a PM if intersted will put your name on them. Did you guys want just the tunnel / floor covers or the whole set?

Overlander
just tunnel for me, but interest depends on timing. My uncovered tunnel is covered in shiny Damplifier sound killer right now and I'm tired of looking at it. When do you expect them in, and what's the shipping estimate to 28277?

Pat
Just the the tunnel / floor covers

safarirover
5 on the way. Will PM details. Later

I have one of these sets.. They are great. They also help with noise reduction. THey work perfectly in an NAS truck..

DO you have the seat box cover that matches the set?

safarirover
Seat box covers are coming also. Should be here early next week.

I'll take one tunnel/floor cover. Do they make matching ones for the middle floor on a110?

Have one with your name reserved.

Overlander

This looks great. How does the passenger side work wiht regards to hood opener? I know on my 94 it is on the right but some 95s it is on the left. then there are trucks with AC. . .

Stephen - I would like to see pics and a price on the seat box covers too. Thanks for the info on the floormats - all that stuff is looking ratty on my '95 and you offering looks durable and neat.

Barry - you just gotta drill holes in the right places and dismount the AC to install the mat. You can of course cut out a place for the AC, but that kind of defeats the purpose by removing a large section of the insulation.

How is that done? I didn't install my A/C and don't know how to dismount it. can it be done without disconnecting refridgerant lines?

If someone knows a way, then I'm all ears.

Its easy to take out, just pull the vents to access the screws, pop the fascia off, and then remove the condensor blower assembly. Doing this withouth disconnecting the lines? No so sure.

I dont have the AC. Was wondering more about the hood pull. Any pics of one installed on a NAS vehicle?

Barry

The bonnet release cable is the only difference. Would suggest the Td5 cable anyway. Just have to poke a hole in the proper place for the T handle. I suggest the TD5 one anyway. Moves the release into the passenger left foot well with a lever instead of the T.

Follow-up Post:

I installed on an old 94 NAS. Droped the facia away from the dash to allow tucking and cut off about 6 inches in the top to allow installation without removing the AC. Complete removal of the AC takes 30 minutes if the hoese break clean but requires recharging once installed.

RyanS
I'm in the process of installing probably the same AC that Mark has. You'd be hard pressed to remove it without breaking the lines somewhere. There's a hard line that goes from the evaporator (underdash assy) to the filter drier, and another hard line going from the filter drier to the condenser. You could maybe loosen up the mounts for the filter drier and condenser, and get a little more movement of the underdash assy. But then you'd risk damaging the hard lines as well. As Stephen mentioned, it looks like you can get enough coverage without removing the AC.

Overlander
Thanks Ryan, good insight.

Thanks Safari Rover. I don't have AC but my hood cable is on the left side of the passenger foot well. I have no problem making the update if it makes sense. How do you change where the hood cable is if the mount is welded on there?

safarirover
Barry you should be OK with the way yours is mounted.
