Shop/Dealer/Vendor reviews

I have seen a few auto related sites that have a section in thier BB or on the site for user submitted dealer reviews. I think this could be useful given the small network of shops retailers etc.

While its not currently enabled, the Links section will allows comments and voting for sites/Vendors/etc that are listed on that section.
