I saw out a pretty clean-looking 110 on the I10 Eastbound near Bundy yesterday afternoon around 4:30 PM. It pulled over to the center divider and looked like it was having some problems. I was in my Sport and couldn't stop in time to help out. Anyone here?

Wasn't me :grin

I broke down in my 110 about 4 years ago, the oil cooler lines blew. No fire luckily. 2 months ago I broke down in my series III. Forgot to put the ground strap back on the new jap starter, the clutch line shorted out on the bulkhead because of that. :(

And you did not get the number for JimC's registry . . . .

Yeah, I would have happily added: "#XXX, broke down in the median somewhere in CA."

Sorry, couldn't get close enough to see the production #. Traffic was actually moving, for once. Driver looked like a shirtless dude though.

And you did not get the number for JimC's registry . . . . "Hey, I can't help you with your car troubles, but what number 110 do you own?" LOL

no turn arounds in LA??No, no turnarounds in LA. I'd need to get off the freeway, backtrack on side streets, and come back around. Not to mention the fact that I know as much about fixing broken-down Rovers as I do about the 16th Century Ming Dynasty, and I failed ancient history and never been to China.
