Radio died. I am replacing it with a Clarion am/fm cassette and adding a 6 disc changer. I read many threads on the AMP and was still not sure, is the factory AMP a Clarion and is it compatible. I am waiting for an antenna and plug in adaptor, as the radio I purchased didn't match. The Clarion site claims most of their components match up. Thanks for the help Chris

I believe the factory AMP is clarion, everything else is. I cant comment on the compatability with a new model. depending on the model etc. you might would do better to just bypass the amp's new head units these days put out a good bit of power.
