View Full Version : Oil Cooler Lines

Treuwer
I've seen these priced anywhere from 150-300, and of course people have posted the parts numbers to make your own. I don't need mine anymore, and I bought them from Eric at Trailhead 4x4. Judging by the fact my truck has not caught fire with these (and it did twice with the stock ones) I would say they work great. They are for a 94 Defender, I don't know what other models they might fit.

The price is free, with the following conditions:

You must use these. If you end up getting them and try to resell them I will call you mean names until you cry. Don't try and get them if you have a 97 and want to modify it to fit. If you already have upgraded lines and want a backup- keep looking.

There will be no "licking" of this item- post a picture of your truck and the members can decide who gets them.

CVC or JimC, if this is against the spirit of the board just let me know, or if it needs to be moved.

I will take them! My lines have not been upgraded yet....

Thanks,

Yeah, too busy making coffee.... I could use them in my early 95 !:rolleyes

Great deal however, and I think well in the spirit of the D90 board...

Trae giving stuff away......I got to start getting up earlier.

JimC
No, its definitely in the spirit of the board if you give them to me. Don't let my 110 go from being a piece of crap to a burned piece of crap!

Scott,

I am not a coffee drinker :grin

But I spent 20 minutes before it posted figuring out how post the pictures, and was afraid someone would beat me to it before I got it posted

Ronspare 110s?

JimC
spare 110s?

Kinda. Sort of like a butterfly that leaves the gossamer, beautiful, but still quite grotesque crysalis behind when it flies away.

And I don't need lines anyway, I've got a spare set ready to go on. I just wanted to get a good jab in about how anything is OK as long as I benefit from it.

You are right there is nothing worse than burnt crap! I don't think Fabreeze can do anything for you there.

Despite the "no licking" policy, and as much as I love what looks like to be a dolphin grey paint color....

Tracy, PM me your address and I'll send em out this week. If you don't need the sandwich plate I'll take it off, just let me know.

atlawson
pm sent

Damn, I'd hate to see either of those trucks burn up. Tracy, you need to send your old lines to Scott so he can have those rebuilt locally (should cost him around $100) and then he can swap his out and pass on the love.

Nice call Trae!

Charles gave me his upgraded lines when he changed his engine out. I passed on my old lines free + shipping with that same stipulation.

Pay it forward.
