Hi,

issues with the truck.
it blew a fuel pump 3 weeks ago and it just got fixed.
not much, two of the rear jump seats are not in it, I have them and will send them.
thats about it?
oh the odometer blinks in and out. my mechanic is taking a look at it as we speak.
she could use a good buffing...

Also there are a lot of extra bolts that I will bag up for you. all stainless steel that i haven't gotten around to putting on. the radio is in it but is not hooked up.
the rear third light on the rear door is there but not hooked up as well as the rear washer and windshield wiper. this is like a half a day job that i haven't gotten around to doing.
other that that it is a great driver.

New: new breaks, rotors, and calipers 1.5 years ago $1500

I ran the carfax and was wondering if you knew what sort of accident the truck was involved in? Also do you know why the truck was reported as a color change to black? I am finally back in Chicago so I might be able to make it up to WI to take a look. Thanks

that is incorrect information, it was not hit by any other vehicle.

it also is not black.

not sure why that is reported as such...

you are prob right that when you ran the carfax back in 94, there were no accident incidated on the report as it states "CARFAX began reporting this information on 01/22/2008".

Maybe I am reading wrong the posts, but this D90 has a clean history ( other than a stupid FAIL EMISSION INSP, in WI on 2006 ) , I did an AUTOCHECK that happens to be 100% accurate and is the choice of Insurance Company, Car Dealers, Auction Houses, Banks , etc

steve, i just wanted to look the truck over before handing you a bank check. you said you put $10k into it because it was laid on it's side. i wanted to see the body work and if there was any further noticeable damage. $10k is alot money if it was just laid over. i would have done the deal, but on my terms. check after inspection.....can't blame me for that.

if you search on this site for "skytop" you will see the condition of the d90 when i bought it 4 years ago. i bought it from skytop and there are some pics along with a description of the truck, and the 10 g's i put into was not all nessicary, but just alot of new parts.

you had someone coming this way. you were not making a special out of the way trip. your boss was coming thru to pick up his vette. i am not the one trying to hide something. i told you i would hand him a certified check when he gets here. i just wanted to see the truck first. that gave him time to look at my rangie as well. i think that would be the most fair way to do it. rather than sending funds out before i see it. it's just smart business that way. i will still do the deal but on my terms.
