Not a bad deal but not a great deal either. I have owned many H1's and IMO the 1993 is the least desirable year. They had manual windows and the A/C system sucks. Not to mention that the 6.2l in the hummer almost always has cracked manifolds. I have bought 1996's and 1997's for that price. Heck last winter I bought a 2000 for $28.5k.
