SW to ST conversion

I'm looking for the necessary equipment to do a SW to ST conversion.
I'm totally down to trade parts if anyone has a conversion of their own in mind.
I'm also down to buy the parts, just want to make it as simple as possible, which is seeming unlikely...
Mine is a White 97 #117, in reasonably good shape.
I can certainly send pics.
